So, last week's Menu Plan Monday went pretty good. Not perfect, but good.
This week will take some work to get back on track, since we were out of town and didn't grocery shop yesterday.
Here's the plan:
Bratwurst
Turkey Burgers - if you also eat these, make sure you are getting the lean ones
Spaghetti - didn't get to this one last week
Steak
We have been steaming a lot of veggies lately for our dinner and I am finding out that I really need to limit the size of my evening meal - easily done during the school year, not so much during break.
So, what's your plan for the week? Any faves? Mine, again, is the spaghetti - leftovers are the best!
